David Mora Sr. founded Moras Equipment & Construction with determination, integrity, and a commitment to hard work. Beginning with just a backhoe, a dump truck, and a handshake, he transformed the business into a successful company. He continues to lead the organization by overseeing all facets of its operations and strategic direction.
David Jr. began his career in the field in 2001, spending 15 years as a heavy equipment operator before transitioning into management. Today, he oversees MEC's daily operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality from start to finish.
Jason earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona before spending 10 years in the transportation industry. As General Manager of Mora's Equipment & Construction for the past 16 years, he oversees the company's overall operations, financial management, and long-term growth.
Rick began his career as a heavy equipment operator in 2004 and spent approximately 18 years working in the field. He now leads MEC’s operations and dispatch, coordinating crews, equipment, and project schedules to keep jobs running safely and efficiently.
